My WhiteShow piece has been the representation of the strongest human connection between the child I believe we all have inside and the person who created me – my dad – who is moving the weight of my deepest thoughts.

The paper weighs nothing but the ink is heavy.
I am interested in the process of having, pursuing and understanding art experiences. Because our reality is a mirror reflecting our thoughts, reality can not be influenced by a thought unless that thought becomes action. That is where the movement comes from. That is where the spinning baby started.

Art then, is the product of some ethereal vision that emerges in our minds. As artists we obviously make, but we feel, deeply, and I believe this is the most important part of an artist. I have all these thoughts and feelings swirling around in my mind, constantly bumping into each other and trying to connect with other things.

That’s why I draw on my sketchbook.
That’s why I write on my images.

Ojalá nunca dejásemos de sentirnos capaces. 
Ojalá siempre creásemos de la forma tan sana en que lo hacen los niños. 
La creatividad no se pierde de forma inversamente proporcional a la edad, lo que perdemos es la capacidad de creer en el potencial que todos llevamos dentro.
